Alfonso Jiménez is the president and co-founder of Cascajares, a leading company in the preparation of ready meals. An entrepreneur by birth, he created his company when he was just 20 years old and today has a turnover of more than 15 million euros and employs 100 people. He also presides over the Cascajares Foundation, promoting the labor integration of people with disabilities.
